Stacy Briggs races at State Meet

Junior Stacy Briggs took to the starting line at the Missouri State XC Championships along with 165 runners from schools across the state. Truman Cheer finishes 6th at their State Competition

Congrats to Truman Cheer for finishing 6th at the Missouri Cheer Coaches Association state competition on the MU campus Saturday, October 28th.   Truman competed in the small co-ed division along with  22 other teams.

Tryouts for Boys and Girls Basketball begin today, Monday Oct. 30th as well as practice for Wrestling.  Girls Swimming begins on Monday, November 6th.   Girls Swim has an informational meeting after school in the Lecture Hall on Tuesday, October 31st.

Time Change for District Soccer

The time for the Truman boys district soccer match at Rockhurst on Thursday, Oct. 26th has been changed.  It will be moved from 6 pm to 5 pm at Truman request to allow soccer players participating in both soccer and choir to attend both.

Post Season Play Continues for Truman Teams

Boys Soccer plays in the finals of District Soccer Thursday night at 6 pm vs Rockhurst at Rockhurst.  Football plays  in the second round of districts at Fort Osage on Friday night at 7 pm.  Stacey Briggs, of Truman Cross Country qualified through Districts and she runs in the Sectional meet at the Jesse James

Winter Tryouts Begin Monday October 30

Tryouts for Girls and Boys Basketball begins Monday, October 30.  Students should check with their coach for specific times.  Wrestling practice begins same day after school.  Girls Swim practice begins Monday, November 6th.  All students must have a current physical (after Feb 1, 2017) on file before they can participate.  Forms and instructions for this
