Baseball, Track and Tennis schedule changes

The Truman Boys and Girls JV track meet scheduled at Blue Springs on Tuesday, March 19 has been moved to Thursday,  March 21 at 4 pm.   The Truman boys tennis team has added a JV tournament at Blue Springs South on Friday, March 22 at 8 am.  Truman Varsity Baseball will play two games tonight.

Truman Debaters qualify for State

The following Truman Debaters have qualified for State Competition.   Paige Gonzales finished 1st in Original Oratory at District Competition.  Hadley Brillhart and Gabbie Petentler finished fourth in Duet.  Good luck Patriots!

Truman Basketball Receives All Conference Honors

Truman Athletics and Activities Excel in Classroom

Through the Fall and Winter Seasons, 19 of the 21 athletic and activity squads have had Team average GPA’s of 3.0 or better.   One of the teams that did not make 3.0 had their highest team GPA in 10 years.  This pattern has been consistent and it is clear that the vast majority of kids

Truman Choirs fare well at District Competition

From Kim Carson, Truman High School Choir Director. Just wanted to share our district choir results from yesterday. Our students participated in 45 different events. Out of those 45, 29 qualified for state and the other 16 received the next highest Outstanding rating.

Yerma and Spring Sports Parent Meeting are on for tonight

The Truman play Yerma, postponed on Sunday and moved to Monday, 3/4 is on for tonight at 7 pm in the Auditorium.  The Spring Sports Parent Meeting scheduled for tonight is on as well at 6:30 pm.  It will convene in the big gym.
